Job Description

  • Receive development requests from product-oriented stakeholders (BA, PO, etc.).
  • Analyze, provide feedback, and offer solutions for system design and construction.
  • Support team members, ensure quality, and guide technical direction within the project.
  • Create sample documents, checklists, and rules for the project.
  • Collaborate with the PM to plan project implementation.
  • Advise, propose technical solutions, and control the code quality of the development team.
  • Manage the operation of software systems.
  • Manage the development team.

What are we looking for

Knowledge

  • Minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead position.
  • Extensive experience in database design, basic design, detailed design, and overall system design.
  • Significant experience with the Java programming language. Candidates with experience in other programming languages are preferred.
  • Extensive experience with design patterns, code refactoring, etc.
  • Experience in developing integration mechanisms and API synchronization between systems.

Skills

  • Work planning skills (planning your work and supporting other team members).
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Leadership skills.Code review, consulting, and technical management skills.
  • Communication skills.
