Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients with IT staffing needs (Developers, BAs, Testers, PMs, etc.).
  • Assess clients’ IT human resource needs and propose appropriate service models (onsite/offsite, body leasing, project-based).
  • Draft and negotiate IT staffing service contracts.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for team expansion requests and client feedback.
  • Monitor project delivery progress and the effectiveness of deployed resources.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate talent delivery.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract and payment processes.
  • Support onsite staff to ensure satisfaction and engagement with the company.
  • Track and manage revenue from staffing contracts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly business performance reports for management.
  • Update market trends, competitor activities, and IT staffing demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Account roles in IT staffing, outsourcing, or consulting.
  • Prefer candidates with experience working with BFSI clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and complex account management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand basic IT technical requirements (Java, .NET, BA, Tester, etc.).
  • Proficient in Excel, CRM, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Intermediate or higher English communication, especially in email writing and working with international clients.
