  • As an Internal Communication Executive, you will be responsible for internal communication, employer branding, and employee experience campaigns – acting as the voice of the culture and the connector across teams.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies and initiatives that promote alignment, clarity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to craft and share meaningful internal updates, announcements, and storytelling content (in both English & Vietnamese).
  • Build and manage content for external employer branding channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and company blogs.
  • Plan and organize internal campaigns and events such as onboarding journeys, talk shows, team-building activities, recognition programs, etc.
  • Create and produce multi-format content (articles, visuals, short videos, behind-the-scenes…).
  • Listen to employee feedback, and work with HR to design initiatives that improve Employee Experience and workplace belonging.
  • Contribute ideas and take part in building long-term cultural and branding direction with the People Team.

Who You Are: 

  • You have 2–3 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding in the IT, Outsourcing, or B2B sector.
  • Degree in Communications, HR, Psychology, Marketing or other related fields.
  • A proactive and creative communicator who loves connecting people and ideas.
  • You think strategically but also know how to bring ideas to life through well-executed plans.
  • Skilled in content writing, basic visuals, and simple video/photo editing; experience using tools like Canva is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys building culture and creating impact.
  • English proficiency – able to write and communicate confidently.
